Bert Cox is a real estate investor and licensed real estate agent in New Hampshire with Pannaway Realty Solutions. His business specializes in helping homeowners sell their home for the best possible price in the shortest possible time. He frequently helps sellers avoid foreclosure and helps buyers get the best value in their real estate investment.

He has been written up in the Concord Monitor, Foster's Daily Democrat, the Better Business Bureau of New Hampshire, Fortune Magazine, Movers and Shakers Magazine and numerous other periodicals. At any given time, he is working on a couple of dozen short sales, and even offers occasional training and courses on short sales and working with homeowners in foreclosure.

Bert Cox is President and Founder of the New Hampshire Real Estate Investors Association and presides over the monthly meetings that typically attract up to 100 or more, like-minded real estate professionals. The Association started in 2003, and the Association's philosophy of open, sharing, and educational events have made the New Hampshire charter the fastest growing chapter in the region.

Bert is an active investor, auctioneer and real estate agent and operates in the I-93 corridor from Concord to Nashua as well as Keene and parts of MA. He has been involved in Real Estate since 1985 and currently manages numerous units. He is an advocate of real estate education and practices creative real estate. His mentors and teachers include AD Kessler, Ron LeGrand, Robyn Thompson and many others. He attributes his success to a focus on meeting the needs of buyers and sellers to find win-win solutions for everyone involved.

Unlike traditional Real Estate practitioners that use the one-size-fits-all approach, he has many options and practices both conventional and creative real estate. He is familiar with buying and selling property in your IRA, short sales, 7-day auctions, rent-to-own, 1031 exchanges, seller financing, zero down payment programs, options, lease options, rehabs, new construction and has considerable expertise on negotiating with banks, lenders and lienholders.

Bert Cox earned his MBA, Summa Cum Laude, from Southern New Hampshire University. He also holds the degree of BSME (Mechanical Engineering) from Northwestern and SMU. His studies include marketing, W. Edwards Deming's principles of quality control, and strategic planning. He served in the United States Air Force and holds one US patent. As a serial entrepreneur he has started and operated numerous enterprises including a house painting business to put himself through college, and a 10 bay automotive shop while still in the Air Force. His true passion is Real Estate.

He hosted the radio show, "Profiles in Success" which aired on WSMN in Nashua, NH and featured notable entrepreneurs including Robert Kiyosaki, Michael Gerber, Craig Benson, and Vic Conant.

He's dedicated to helping and mentoring fellow real estate investors, home buyers, and home owners, especially those that may be facing foreclosure.
