Thomas has expert knowledge in new construction, having worked with clients through the process of building their dream homes as well as acting as a general contractor himself. He has established a strong network of skilled trades people in the home construction field. As a former surveyor and hydrologist, Thomas also has a unique knowledge of land value and how it relates to home construction.
